Kiwifruit and Yogurt Face Mask

Equipment

  • Small Bowl
  • Fork to mash
  • Spoons to measure

Materials

  • 1/2 piece Kiwifruit
  • 1 tbsp Natural Yogurt
  • 1 tsp plain flour
  • 3 drops olive or edible almond oil

Instructions

  • Mash the kiwi in a bowl. The riper the fruit, the easier it will be to mash it.
  • Add the natural yogurt.
  • Use a fork to whisk the kiwi and yogurt together.
  • Add your oil and whisk again.
  • Add the plain flour and mix it until the mixture has a pasty texture.
  • Once ready, apply the kiwifruit and yogurt facemask and leave it on for 15 mins.
  • Wash with luke warm water.

Notes

To use the facemask as a scrub, you can add 1/2 tsp of cane sugar.  Just before you wash your face, gently massage the facemask so that the sugar can act as a face scrub.
