Kiwifruit and Yogurt Face Mask
A vitamin C rich face mask
Fork to mash
Spoons to measure
olive or edible almond oil
Mash the kiwi in a bowl. The riper the fruit, the easier it will be to mash it.
Add the natural yogurt.
Use a fork to whisk the kiwi and yogurt together.
Add your oil and whisk again.
Add the plain flour and mix it until the mixture has a pasty texture.
Once ready, apply the kiwifruit and yogurt facemask and leave it on for 15 mins.
Wash with luke warm water.
To use the facemask as a scrub, you can add 1/2 tsp of cane sugar. Just before you wash your face, gently massage the facemask so that the sugar can act as a face scrub.
